This beginner-level class is part of a fundraiser supporting the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF). A suggested donation of $20 reserves your spot and helps advance education, awareness, and support for people living with osteoporosis. This class will teach you how to strengthen bones and muscles and improve posture and balance. You will learn the exercises that should be performed, the exercises that should be modified and the exercises that should be avoided. It is crucial to learn how to exercise properly because the wrong exercises or improper form can lead to injury.
