Strength Training and Stretching for Osteoporosis Using a Large Exercise Ball and Hand Weights
This free strength training class using a large exercise ball and hand weights will take place on Tuesday, October 18, at 7:00pm ET. The large exercise or stability ball can be used to create a fun and unique session and remove boredom from your fitness routine. Challenge yourself by using a ball to help you improve your balance and strengthen muscle and bone. Sitting on a ball also reinforces the need for good posture while performing each exercise.
